We offer our employees at our client company in Gronau direct placement and a pay rate of €13.00 - €16.00 per hour.

As a service staff member (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to be deployed flexibly. Your preferences are gladly taken into account when designing the employment contract.

Your tasks :

Warmly welcoming guests and assigning tables
Properly serving orders at the table
Cleaning tables after guests leave, tidying the service area, and regularly refilling cutlery, napkins, and other utensils
Handling guest complaints or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinating service staff and reservation schedules

Willingness to work in the evenings and on weekends
Ability to work well in a team and quickly integrate into existing teams
Independent recognition of tasks and willingness to take responsibility
A friendly, helpful, and respectful attitude towards people is essential for success in the service sector
First experience as a service staff member (m/f/d) or, if applicable, training as a hotel specialist
