Industrial Painter (m/f/d)

We, Schmidt Schubert, are looking for you as an industrial painter (m/f/d).

We offer our employees (m/f/d) at our client's company in Vreden a PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT with a salary of €17.50 - €18.50 depending on qualifications.

You can expect early and late shifts.

The client company would like to take on employees at a later date.

Your responsibilities:

Careful painting of concrete parts to achieve an even and high-quality result
Preparation of concrete parts by cleaning, sanding, and priming the surfaces to create an optimal base for painting
Checking the painted parts for color uniformity, defects, or irregularities and making any necessary corrections
Compliance with all regulations when handling paints, colors, and coatings to protect health and the environment
Compliance with safety regulations
Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operations

This is what you bring with you:

Manual dexterity, precise and careful work to achieve uniform, high-quality surfaces
Completed training as an industrial painter (m/f/d) would be an advantage, or professional experience
Ability to check the quality of the paintwork, identify defects, and make corrections
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
