We, Schmidt Schubert, are looking for you as a returns employee (m/f/d).

We offer direct placement with our client in Bad Bentheim/Gildehaus with a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€2,800, depending on your qualifications.

As a returns employee (m/f/d), you can expect to work the day shift.

Your responsibilities:

Actively contacting customers to clarify the reason for the return
Querying and checking the specific issue (e.g., incorrect order, defect, transport damage, warranty)
Complete documentation of the customer's concern in the merchandise management system
Preparation of all relevant information for the warehouse for goods receipt
Clarification of queries from the warehouse (condition, accessories, packaging, serial numbers)

Understanding of returns, complaints, and warranty processes
Ability to create structured digital documentation
Friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers
Clear and solution-oriented communication (by phone and in writing)
Basic knowledge of English
Ability to work in a team and coordinate closely with the warehouse, sales, and purchasing departments
