Machine operator (m/f/d)

We, Schmidt Schubert, are looking for you as a machine operator (m/f/d).

We offer our employees at our customer's company in Schöppingen a PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT with PERFORMANCE-BASED REMUNERATION. Starting hourly wage of €18.60, after the training period €19.50 per hour.

The client company would like to take on the employee at a later date.

Your responsibilities:

Operation and monitoring of filling machines
Ability to identify and rectify faults
Carrying out maintenance work
Setting up the machine for different products
Checking and ensuring product quality
Monitoring and documenting production figures and quality controls

This is what you bring with you:

No vocational training is necessary.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, as machine operators (m/f/d) can adapt more quickly to the requirements and processes of production.
Work carefully and accurately to avoid mistakes and ensure product quality.
You should understand German and also be able to speak a little.
Machine operators (m/f/d) should be reliable and arrive on time for their shifts to ensure that production runs smoothly.
Good technical understanding to quickly analyze and correct errors.
