We, Schmidt Schubert, are looking for you as a grinder (m/f/d).

We offer our employees at our customer companies in Ahaus a PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT with PERFORMANCE-BASED REMUNERATION of €16.68 per hour + 8.5% late and early shift allowance

The client company wishes to take on employees on a permanent basis at a later date.

As a grinder (m/f/d), you can expect to work early, late, and night shifts.

Your responsibilities:

Monitoring the production process to ensure that quality standards are met
Compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Performing quality checks and troubleshooting as needed
Operating machines for manufacturing sleeves

This is what you bring with you:

A grinder (m/f/d) must know and apply the safety regulations and standards in the workplace
Knowledge of how grinding machines work and how to care for and maintain them is necessary in order to operate them efficiently and safely
A grinder (m/f/d) must work very precisely, as the surface condition of a workpiece is often crucial to its function. Clean and uniform processing is particularly important
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Willingness to work in 3 shifts
